Sinéad is an experienced project coordinator and test administrator with ten years experience working with consulting teams, clients and candidates to plan and deliver a wide range of Talent related initiatives and projects.

Core responsibilities include:

•Desk research and design
•Project scheduling
•Project Communications
•Project co-ordination and review
•Psychometric testing and administration
•Data management
•Project Finance Management

In addition to her Project Management experience and qualifications, Sinéad has a BA Hons Degree in Politics & International Relations from the University of Reading, is Level A and Level B qualified from the British Psychological Society and is currently studying for her MSc in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
