Sean has worked with board and senior executive clients for well over twenty-five years.
For much of his career, Sean worked in international executive search – most particularly, for fourteen years at Korn / Ferry International, the world’s largest board and executive search firm. His work extended to CEO and other main board appointments, ExCo-level searches and non-executive roles including Chair and specialist board committee positions.
More recently, Sean was a Partner at Stork & May, the pre-eminent specialist firm in advising senior executives on their future career direction and coaching them more generally in-role.
Sean has a law degree from Cambridge University; is a barrister; and also has an MBA from Cranfield University. He has attended Ashridge / Hult International Business School’s course in Coaching for Organisation Consultants. He speaks English, French, Italian and German sufficiently well to cause mirth among native speakers of each of these languages.
