He has worked in the field of Human Resources for 30 years and set up and led the Global Centre of Excellence for Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness and Executive Coaching; for one of the leading Global FMCG Companies. He was also responsible for developing and managing the Executive Development Succession Program for Top Talent in partnership with Harvard.
He has a strong, commercial operational background and has worked on a wide range of assignments spanning different functions, multiple geographies and cultures. He specialises in life coaching, helping individuals to assess their skills and personal values to enable specific career planning and development. Supporting individuals to understand themselves on a deeper level, as well as perhaps to help them get over specific challenges that they may have experienced and enable them to move forward.
He has significant experience in developing high performing teams by building trust, enabling individuals to have open, honest conversations with productive, passionate debate. He helps develop self awareness in individuals to enable them to quickly establish rapport with others and expand their ability to influence.
He is also Level A and B qualified by the British Psychology Society and is qualified on multiple psychometric instruments.
