Annabel Parsons

Annabel Parsons is a senior Talent advisor specializing in developing Talent solutions for diverse client organizations,  across all market sectors including industrial, financial services, consumer, pharmaceutical,  technology  and governmental.

She has led the design and delivery of leadership solutions including CEO succession, Leadership assessment, Talent management and Board performance reviews. She has delivered global projects in all regions and developed complex solutions for multi-location and multi-level assignments as well as designing and delivering leadership development solutions.

Prior to founding her own business, Annabel led leadership consulting practices at three of the big five global executive Search firms, specializing in building practices bottom up in the UK and North America, heading global management assessment practice, regional consulting head and consulting lead in the Board practice. She has a wealth of experience in global consulting and assessment and has lived and worked in both the UK and the US. She was also Global head of Talent for a FTSE 20 business spanning North America, Scandinavia, Central Europe and UK. Here the Group relocated headquarters from the UK to the US where the majority of the revenue was originated, necessitating selection into of 7 group roles simultaneously. She also led the Talent aspects of business turn around and divestment in the UK and Scandinavia and designed and set up Talent principles, Talent review and selection processes for the executive population.

Annabel began her career as a psychologist. She was director of patient services for a clinically focused organisation and designed and delivered clinical interventions. She received her Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from City University in London and her Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Aston University, Birmingham. She is Level A and B qualified by the British Psychology Society and is qualified on multiple psychometric instruments.

She is a trained cognitive behavioral coach and has completed training in applied neuroscience, AI and its impact on business strategy and change leadership. She has published research on occupational stress, mentoring systems and Talent management.
