An oil and gas business was seeking to list on the London Stock Exchange. There were complex stakeholder issues to navigate plus the nascent Board needed a full review and reinforcement of governance prior to listing.

The Board was structured around existing stakeholder groups and now needed to develop robust and mature governance which would support listing in giving investors visibility, confidence and assurance. As a result, the Board was comprehensively revised following detailed recommendations on governance, composition and focus. This supported listing on the London Stock Exchange, at the time this was reported as the most successful listing event of recent years.
