Dirk Murray-Palm
Assessment and Organisational Psychology Consultant

Dirk is an experienced psychologist with a strong background in assessment, training and development. He has assessed and developed managers and leaders in the UK and abroad using his bilingual skills in German and English. He has managed, designed and delivered talent processes for public sector and corporate clients. He is a regular facilitator of workshops for MSc and MBA students at one of London’s leading business schools and has trained managers and leaders in the public, private and third sector.

Dirk enables managers and leaders to engage with their assessments in a positive and constructive manner, so they achieve maximum value out of the time they spend with him. As an experienced facilitator and coach, he encourages managers and leaders to achieve their objectives throughout tailored development sessions with him.

Dirk began his  career in healthcare and worked initially for the NHS as a nurse. Later he became an NHS Trust Co-ordinator who looked after the temporary staffing needs of several London Trusts. He received his Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from City University in London and his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Westminster University, London. He is a qualified test user (ability and personality) by the British Psychology Society and is qualified on multiple psychometric instruments.

During his career to date Dirk has gained a wealth of experience in the application of a range of psychological methods/models and interventions within a number of public and private sector organisations.
