A global retail organisation was seeking to address pipeline challenges in supporting global growth and diversification in terms of the digitalisation of the business and changes in consumer behaviours.
A program of HIPO identification and development was initiated across several core groups. Parsons Talent consulting became a global preferred supplier and has supported in delivering both group sessions and global development camps and individual coaching of executives on these programs.
All coaches have been promoted through the coaching program or are currently on short lists for larger roles within the new organisation structure. The business has initiated far reaching organisational change as a result of the global covid crisis and coaches have managed well in challenging circumstances. Equally restructure has thrown up unanticipated opportunities and the cohort have navigated the organisation well in maximising these.
